Hi, I’m Mrs. Homeowner. My husband and I struggled to save up our hard earned money to finally remodel our bathroom – it was long overdue.
We put a lot of thought into it. We wanted it to be perfect.
Finally it was done! We stood back and admired the final results.
I couldn’t wait to show my best friend Susan how it turned out. She would be so impressed with how it all turned out.
Now I just wanted to cry. My brand new bathroom was getting ruined! A nasty villian came to hide out in my house. His name was “Rusty B. Waters.” My nice white tub, toilet, and sinks were getting covered with rust stains. Yuck!
I couldn’t believe how hard those stains were to remove. I didn’t link to use such strong chemicals–but it was the only thing that seemed to work. Additionally, my husband wondered what those chemicals were doing to our septic system.
Then the worst possible thing happened. I went a few days without cleaning my bathroom… I just didn’t have the extra time, and my aunt, Mrs. Clean Freak came to visit.
Of course she asked to use the bathroom. Instead of complimenting me on how nice our new bathroom looked – she criticized me about not keeping my bathroom clean!
My best friend Susan has perfect well water. It doesn’t stain anything. Why can’t we have similar water, after all they live close by? But no, we have a well with “Rust B. Waters” lurking inside. I was exasperated, I felt like all the money we just spent on our new bathroom, went down the drain.
My good friend Susan finally came to visit. She liked the bathroom remodel, but she also saw the issues I was dealing with. She said, “I’ve heard good things about Wayne Johnson from Wayne’s Water… people call him the water guy. I know he can get rid of Rusty B. Waters for good. Why don’t you give him a call?”
The first thing I did the next morning was look for Wayne’s phone number. I actually found his cell phone on the Internet. It was (906) 250-1233 and I called him right away.
He told me that to help us out he needed to do what he called a Water Audit. He also wanted both of us to be home because he had a lot of information to share. Of course he tested for Rusty B. Waters, our nasty villain… he liked to call him “sticky” iron. Actually, he tested for ferrous iron, ferric iron, organically bound iron, and lastly iron bacteria (most companies only test for total Iron).
He also sanitized a water tap and checked for health concerns like coliform bacteria, lead, sulfates, and nitrates. He also checked for hardness, pH, total dissolved solids, and turbidity.
Next, he looked at the space we had available for water treatment equipment and the plumbing requirements of our house.
Then he used miniature water systems using the same filtration media he was thinking of using to verify. It removed 10)% of the minerals he wanted removed. He said, “If I can give you Rust Free Water with these small units I know my large equipment will work great.” It made sense to us.
Lastly, he made his recommendation, and answered all of our questions.
We finally had someone who could guide us in the way we should go. That was a good feeling.

We had 365 days to prove to ourselves that his equipment and water quality were perfect. We could verify our new bathroom would stay perfectly clean. We also would get a chance to see how he serviced our needs.

As Wayne was going through his water audit both my husband and I knew we needed and wanted his recommended water system. We had it up to our eyeballs with rust stains in our house.
Especially me! I had to clean up the majority of the iron stains in our house. I probably wasted an hour of my life each week cleaning iron stains in our home. There are so many other things I could do with my precious time.

And it’s more than not having iron stains in my new bathroom. It makes my skin feel so much better. I’m not fighting the rusty tint in my hair. My laundry is so bright and fresh. I’m not worried about aunt Clean Freak making a surprise visit, either.
In my opinion the biggest benefit is time. I never really thought about how much time and effort it took to keep battling Rusty B. Waters. It gave me back at least 2 hours a week–if not more. This is time I can use for things I want to do – not things I have to do. To think I have all these benefits for lest than a dollar a day!
I shudder to think what my life would be life if we hadn’t fixed our water. All the things our old rusty water would have ruined. All the money it would have wasted on repairs, chemicals, and the replacement of damaged goods. It was one of the best additions we’ve made in our home.
All I can say is thumbs up for what Wayne’s Water did for our house.

We were always looking for a better stain removal chemical. We would watch for the development of stains so we could remove them before they got gross. We would wonder what else is this rusty water going to ruin?
Now we don’t think about our water anymore. We turn on the faucet and use and drink out water. You might say we now take our water for granted. It’s a good feeling.
Before I was frustrated that my good friend Susan had perfect well water straight out of the ground. Now I know how good it feels to have great water.
And we are so happy with our clean, bright, and more importantly, stain free bathroom. It’s beautiful!
